High Brow: A Zine For Fine Arts

Come join! Bring your artwork and writing to Room 310 on Wednesdays at HS Lunch to submit, or edit and collage your way to a zine submission!

We're crazy for zines! So, like the rest of the alternative, aesthetically-inclined internet, we started our own club/publication. It's super snooty (hah! no its not) and has lots of stickers, collage, a fun poster, its 50 cents, it has poetry, art, and opinion essays by students, etc. etc. All the good stuff! We are taking submissions from the Brays Oaks Community (Parents, Students, Teachers, Staff) through January 26th, and Issue 1 will be released in an edition of 100 on January 31st.

I am personally so excited to see a literary and arts journal that celebrates our students! There's so much work that comes out of our classroom in the nature of projects but very rarely do we acknowledge the stuff that is inspired by out of class! Stay tuned for updates!
